RTRC RTA V3.1 Chassis Set

The RTA V3.1 is not a new platform, but a direct evolution of the RTA V3.
We have worked on several parts to improve reliability, precision, ease of assembly, and overall performance. These upgrades were developed based on customer feedback and our own track experience.
The parts shown in the pictures will now be included as standard in the RTA V3.1 kit:
  • New wider knuckle axles to prevent the rims from rubbing against the arms
  • New longer central damper axle to reduce the risk of contact with certain batteries
  • New front suspension for improved damping and consistency
  • New rear droop nut with integrated Nylstop
  • New carbon parts with pre-installed threaded inserts
  • Steel ball studs included as standard for increased durability

All these parts will also be available separately for customers who want to upgrade their RTA V3.

Also, the front end comes pre-assembled from the factory, ensuring a smooth and consistent steering feeling.

The goal is simple: keep the proven foundation of the RTA V3, while bringing meaningful improvements where they matter most.

From the RTA V3:

The center of gravity has been significantly reworked, as well as the weight distribution.

The chassis is now machined in a solid block, ensuring minimal assembly tolerances and increased rigidity.

Thanks to the new LiPo orientation, the chassis corners much flatter for improved cornering speed.

The centrally mounted servo provides more precise left-right balance, and the Ackermann geometry has been designed symmetrically, even with links of different lengths.

The new front end is 4 mm wider, making it both more stable and more efficient.

The new-generation motor mount features a lower center of gravity thanks to the motor being lowered by several millimeters.

The new-generation side links offer numerous advantages:

  • They allow for perfect chassis alignment adjustment.

  • They help reduce play in the rear end thanks to the use of ball cups.

A precise hydraulic system is included with the kit, providing exceptional damping on multiple axes.

The differential is the result of a completely innovative design, unique on the market. It features a thrust bearing and two ball bearings for maximum smoothness, even when tightened. The differential is supplied with a titanium shaft.

The V3 is simply a competition-grade chassis designed to reach the highest steps of the podium.
