Yutori Terminal Liquid No.007 is a contact conductive agent used to clean up any areas carrying electricity. 

This is a contact agent that creates what is called a Tunneling Effect.

Tunneling Effect happens when a thin insulating layer (barrier) is sandwiched between two types of metal and voltage is applied to both ends, a current begins to flow when the insulating layer becomes extremely thin, in the order of nanometers (nm).
